Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website www.Jbear3dprinting.co.uk, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please Read them carefully. 

We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring all communication with our customers is handled with professionalism, care and in compliance with UK law.  


We only ship within the UK, this is due to our products only carrying the UKCA symbol, this means our testing is only to the UK standards and does not apply to the EU who use the CE certification. Orders placed outside of the UK will be cancelled and the customer informed. 


Customer service - Our commitment 

We commit to respond to customer inquiries, requests and complainants within 5 working days. You can contact us via email, our contact us form or through our social media links. 

We commit to provide transparency through clear and accurate information regrading our products, services, pricing and policies. 

We treat every customer with respect and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.  


Product Information


We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our 3D printed products. However, there may be variations due to factors such as monitor settings and manufacturing processes. Where multi-colored filament is used for example rainbow, variations in the colour patterns (may start and end in a different variation then shown) will occur. We will specify this on effected products. 


Some items may be customisable. Please contact us to talk about different options available. 


We aim to keep our stock levels accurate, however where we are not able to do so and an item is currently out of stock we will notify you immediately and offer to print the item within 10 working days, refund or offer a suitable alternative. 


Custom orders


We are happy to take custom orders on our products available, We can offer some items a change in colour or size. Please contact us prior to purchasing to arrange a custom order. Please note that custom orders are made specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged. 

Once a custom order has been placed and production has started it cannot be cancelled or modified. 

We take great care in ensuring your custom item meets your specifications; however, slight variations may occur do to the nature of 3d printing and materials used. 

If your custom order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item  with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. 

Minor imperfections that do not effect the functionality or safety of the item will not be refunded due to the nature of 3d printing processes. 

Jbear 3D Printing reserve the right to determine if an item is faulty or damaged based on the evidence provided. 


Pricing and payments


All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or taxes which will be added at checkout. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods including all major debit cards and PayPal. 


Complaints 

If you are dissatisfied with any aspects of our service or products please contact us via email, contact us section or social media as soon as possible. We will aim to respond to your complaint within 7 working days and resolve it within 14 working days. 


Consumer rights 


 

  • Compliance with UK and EU Law: We respect and adhere to all relevant consumer protection laws, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and EU directives.
  • Right to Information: You have the right to clear information about your purchase, including total cost, delivery charges, and your rights to cancel or return an order.
  • Right to Return: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

  • Compliance with GDPR: We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will be used only for the purposes you have consented to and will be stored securely. More information can be found in our privacy policy. 
  • Transparency in Data Usage: We will always inform you how your data is being used, and you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time.

After Sale support


We offer ongoing support for any issues you may have with our products. Please contact us if your require any assistance . 


Our team carefully package your order before we dispatch it and damages are rare. Please inspect your order and goods as soon as possible upon receipt. Once damages are confirmed with us we will ensure to either replace free of charge or refund where appropriate. 


We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, where applicable in its original packaging including its swing label and in the same condition as when you received it. 

To arrange a return please contact us directly with your order number and the reason for the return. 


Once notified of your return you must return the items within 14days. Items should be returned in their original condition with the swing label attached. You are responsible for the costs of the return unless the items are faulty or incorrect. We recommend returning using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.  


Once we receive the items and inspect them we will process your refund within 14days via your original payment method. If the items have been returned due to fault or error on our part we will also refund the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the items. In all other instances the original shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Certain items are exempt from the right to cancel these include custom made or personalised items which are made to your specific requirements. Items that have been used, damaged or are not in their original condition. 


If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described you have the right to request a replacement or refund within 30days of receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue. 


Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. To request a cancellation please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot cancel it. You may initiate a return once you receive the item at your own expense.
